Access Statement For The Copperfields

The building was built in 1860 there is no wheel chair access in the building

There is a small step as you go through the gate

Into the building 1 step and a very small doorstep through into the hallway reception area. On the ground floor breakfast room lounge .All bedrooms are on upper floors.

The staircase has 12 stairs to first floor landing where we have a family room en suit sleeps four and a double en suit room, up a further 4 stairs three further rooms small en suit family room sleeps three another family room en suit sleeps four next to this is a single non en suit.

To the second floor two small flights or stairs with 8 stairs and 5 stairs leads to the shower / toilet for first floor single and further two single rooms all three singles share this toilet / shower room.

All hallways stairs and rooms are carpeted

We are a totally non smoking guest house

Parking is by permits in parking zone A, Disabled badge holders do not need to display permits just badge and clock no time limit in bays

All rooms have fire doors there is a fire call point on each floor and fire extinguishers on each floor If power failure emergency lights in hallways Fire Exit through front of building
